PURPOSE:To quickly and simply sweep monolight of high accuracy from among spectre width covering a wide range by supplying a wavelength sweeping part with wavelength sweeping gas of plural kinds having different refractive indexes and changing the mixing ratios and pressure of the wavelength sweeping gas of these plural kinds. CONSTITUTION:In case the sweeping wavelength of a coloring matter laser device is to be changed, the first and the second pressure controllers 16 and 17 control pressure of the respective wavelength sweeping gas to be supplied to the third pressure controller so as to regulate a mixing ratio. Further, the third pressure controller 18 controls supply pressure of the mixed gas of said wavelength sweeping gas. The wavelength sweeping gas such as N2O, Kr gas having a large refraction index to be supplied from the first pressure controller 16 to an airtight container 6 roughly regulates the refraction index followed by further performing fine regulation of the refraction index by the wavelength sweeping gas such as Ne and H2 gas having the small refraction index to be supplied from said seconde pressure controller 17. |
