PURPOSE:To select the optimun sealing pressure and sealing pressure medium receiving no pressurizing pressure of a pressurizing member by penetrating a piston rod into a sealing piston driving part and providing the through hole for pressurizing medium to the pressurizing member on the piston rod thereof. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 10 is penetrated into a piston driving part 9 to provide the through hole 11 for feeding a pressurizing member pressurizing medium communicating to a sealing piston 5 and sealing chip 6 on the piston rod 10. On the other hand the pressurizing medium to press the sealing piston 5 is fed from the sealing pressure feeding hole 12 provided on a cylinder 4. On this circuit a pressure adjusting valve 13 is provided to make the sealing pressure for pushing the sealing piston and touching the sealing chip 6 and pressurizing member 1 adjustable.
