PURPOSE:To make the entire thickness very thin by using a diaphragm where plural electrodes are formed in parallel at least on one major side as the diaphragm and forming a magnetic circuit with a coil wound on the outer side of a frame without using a magnet. CONSTITUTION:Plural electrodes 12a-12g are formed in parallel on one major face of the diaphragm 11 made of a material such as synthetic resin or rubber. The Plural electrodes 12a-12g are connected mutually by using connection electrodes 13, 14 at both ridges of the diaphragm 11. On the other hand, a couple of frames 21, 22 are provided to clip the diaphragm 11. The frames 21, 22 have openings 21a, 22a at the middle and only the circumferential ridge of the diaphragm 11 is clipped. While the diaphragm 11 is clipped by the frames 21, 22, a coil 31 is wound around the outer circumference of the frames 21, 22. In this state, by giving a voice current to the Plural electrodes 12a-12g on the diaphragm 11, the diaphragm 11 is driven similarly in the case of a conventional dynamic speaker.
