PURPOSE:To prevent components from being damaged at the time of overload, and also, to prevent an influence to a copying work by flickering an abnormality display on an indicator so that copying can be executed up to a prescribed number of sheets, thereafter, inhibiting its copying. CONSTITUTION:When the inside of a waste toner bottle 25 is started to be filled with a waste toner, and the load of a recovering coil 22 goes to a set load abnormality, a driving side bevel gear 12 starts to incline against the pressure of a leaf spring 16, through a sprocket 23 and a chain 24 driving the recovering coil 22, depresses the content plate 20 of a microswitch 19 being a detecting member, and the abnormality is detected. By this signal, an abnormality display is flickered on the indicator of an operating part so that copying can be executed up to the prescribed number of sheets, thereafter, copying is inhibited by lighting the abnormality display. Subsequently, the bottle 25 being filled is exchanged with an empty bottle. |
