PURPOSE:To immediately attain the deleting and re-displaying of displaying data by providing a displaying data head address and a password storing area to permit the re-displaying in a document storing memory when the temporary interruption of a processing is executed during the preparation of the document in the word processor, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a document editing is interrupted and a temporary saving instruction is inputted, a display 7 displays a password input screen to permit the re-displaying. Next, when a password is inputted, it is written into a password storing part, next, after the displaying data head address of the document is stored into a displaying data head address part, and thereafter, the display 7 is changed to a screen to show during the use. Next, when the temporary saving instruction is inputted again at the time of re-starting, the display 7 comes to be the input screen of the password, and therefore, the password is inputted here. At this time, at the time of the coincidence with the initial password, the displaying head address is fetched into an arithmetic circuit 1 and based on it, the document is displayed at the display 7 and the editing can be continued.
