PURPOSE:To solve the defective charging of an extruding and drawing mold into a coating cylinder and its ununiform density by regulating the inside diameter of a molding cylinder, a conical drawing angle and the inside diameter of a parallel part and the length of the parallel part after drawing in the optimum range. CONSTITUTION:The inside diameter D of the cylindrical molding cylinder 3, the conical drawing angle theta, the inside diameter (db) of the parallel part and the length L of the parallel part after drawing are regulated in the range of inequalities in the diagram. Wetly mixed coating material 1 is supplied from a supply port 2 into the molding cylinder 3 and compacted by a molding piston 4 and molded continuously as a cylindrical briquette 1A as a conical drawing part 5 and charged into the coating cylinder 7 via the parallel part 6. Air in which the coating material 1 is mixed is discharged from a vent 8 and moreover, a pressing piston 10 in the coating cylinder 7 is pushed out is the opposite direction to the extruding direction of the briquette 1A to prevent a breakdown of the tip of the briquette. As a result, a problem of the defective properties and the ununiform density of the molded briquette 1A can be solved.
