PURPOSE:To perform uniform coating to the whole magnetic core and facilitate its mass production and the automation as well by heating its magnetic core after keeping it with a cooled holder when fused coating resin is hardened by heating the magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:In the case of heat treatment of a magnetic core 101 where coating resin 102 is fused, if a part contacting a holding material 104 is adjusted by cooling its material 104 so that its part does not have a temperature which allows coating resin 108 to harden, coating resin 106 which is not in contact with the holding material 104 of the magnetic core can be uniformly hardened. Then the hardened part 106 of coating resin is arranged on the holding material 104 and a part of coating resin 108 that is not hardened yet is hardened by heating. In such a case, even when coating resin 106 hardened by a previous process has been completely hardened, it is preferable for the holding material 104 to be cooled, if there is still a remaining heat in its material. Thus, the whole magnetic core is free of hole and the like and uniform coating is performed without deformation and further, its coating also exhibits an excellent property for the mass production.
