PURPOSE:To efficiently execute a distribution processing and a concentration processing by transmitting in a lump plural pieces of data to be send, from in a storage file, storing the transmitted data in the storage file, and extracting them in a lump. CONSTITUTION:As for a distribution data, whenever the data is generated, a cluster 3 is generated on a storage file 1, the data is stored in the generated cluster 3, and also, a status on a management table 2 is updated, and by referring to the cluster name and the status on the management table 2, the data are distributed in a lump. As for a concentration data, at the time when it is transmitted, a cluster 3 is generated on the storage file 1, the data are stored in the generated cluster, and also, the status on the management table 2 is updated, and by referring to the cluster name and the status on the management table 2, the data are extracted in a lump from the storage file 1. In such a way, a distribution processing and a concentration processing can be efficiently executed.
