PURPOSE:To obtain the titled novel composition outstanding in hot water and oil resistances, mechanical performance, etc., useful for polyurethane, etc., by blending specified proportion of a polyester of specific structure and diene polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) an active hydrogen group-contg. polyester with a number-average molecular weight 300-10,000, having in the molecule group of formula I and (B) an active hydrogen group-contg. liquid diene polymer with a number-average molecular weight 300-10,000 in the weight ratio A/B=98/2-2/98. Preferably, the compo nent A contains in the molecule <50wt.% of group of formula II, the acid component as a constituent being derived from a >=6C dicarboxylic acid. Further more, the above composition is preferably incorporated with (C) an organic polyisocyanate in the molar ratio of NCO to the active hydrogen group of 0.7-2.0.
