PURPOSE:To mold a molded product which is thin and free from a weld mark even if the molded product is of a large size by combining a plurality of specific gates with a unit cavity. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of gates 14, 15, 16 are provided in a unit cavity 11 at every necessary intervals by branching off from the same resin path. Valves 18, 18 are provided on the gates 14, 16 excepting an arbitrary gate 16 out of those gates 14, 15, 16. Injection is effected firstly through the valveless gate 15 and the inside of the cavity 11 is filled with molten resin 20. When the tip part of a flow of the molten resin 20 has arrived at positions of the gates 14, 16, the gates 14, 16 are released by the valves 18, 18, and the same molten resin 20a is applied to the fluid molten resin 20 through injection. A molded product free from a weld mark is obtained. |
