发明名称 TEMPERATURE ADJUSTING DEVICE IN A HOT AIR BLOWER
摘要 PURPOSE:To keep a room temperature to a desired set value without generating any temperature disturbance and a short circuit by a method wherein an automatic adjusting valve is placed in such a manner as a thermostat is thermally operated in response to a variation in temperature of passing air within an equipment and a flow rate of hot water is controlled. CONSTITUTION:An automatic adjusting valve 4 is placed within an equipment 1 in such a way as a wax thermo-element assembled at an outer surface of a valve casing 40 may be positioned neat a suction port 31 arranged in a casing 30 of a blower 3. A pipe 21 of a heat exchanger 2 is connected to an inlet 41 and an outlet 42. As indoor heating is promoted and the temperature of passing air in the equipment 1 increase due to the increased room temperature, a rod 46a of an element 46 is pushed out, a flow rate adjusting valve 44 is moved downwardly to decrease a flow rate of hot water circulating in the heat exchanger 2 and then the discharged amount of heat of the heat exchanger 2 is reduced. As the room temperature decreases, a flow rate of the hot water passing within the equipment 1 is increased, the amount of radiated heat of the heat exchanger 2 is increased, the temperature of the passing air is increased and: then the indoor temperature of a room to be heated is kept substantially constant without varying an amount of air of a blower.
