PURPOSE:To obtain high-density and high-reliability and inexpensive connections, by making connection parts of a first or second electrical circuit component alloyed and connected with each one of metallic member's ends which are exposed to the side of the first or second electrical circuit component. CONSTITUTION:An electrical connection member 125 is obtained by making a plurality of metallic members 107 formed of metals or alloys and insulating the metallic members 107 from each other and making the metallic members 107's one-sided ends be exposed to the side of a first circuit substrate 101 and making the metallic members 107's other-sided ends be exposed to the side of a second circuit substrate 104, and the member 125 is buried into an insulator 111. Connection parts 102 of the first circuit substrate 101 are alloyed and connected with the metallic members 107's ends exposed to the side of the first circuit substrate 101, and connection parts 105 of the second circuit substrate 104 are alloyed and connected with the metallic member 107's ends exposed to the side of the second circuit substrate 104. Hence, an electrical circuit which is strong mechanically and very low in its defect factor can be obtained.
