摘要 PURPOSE:To improve quality of marine paste product, by blending ground fish meat with salt, ordinary subsidiary raw materials, a starch hydrolyzate mainly comprising branched dextrin or a irreducible starch hydrolyzate and producing a marine paste product. CONSTITUTION:Ground fish meat is blended with salt, ordinary subsidiary raw material (sugar, starch, sweet SAKE, sodium glutamate and glair) and, if necessary, dried powder of a starch hydrolyze mainly comprising dextrin or an irreducible starch hydrolyzate, a hydrogenated substance thereof, ground and processed by a conventional procedure to produce a marine paste product.
