PURPOSE:To resolve the unaccessable state by providing a collating function which collates data of a specific pattern preliminarily stored as a password key with input pattern data having the same contents as a password key inputted from a data input key at the time of use. CONSTITUTION:When a keyboard 2 is used to input password key data, inputted password key data is sent to a password key detecting circuit 3, and password key data of a preliminarily stored specific pattern is read out from a password key recording circuit 5, and inputted password key data and password key data of the specific pattern are collated with each other by a key collating circuit 6. If contents of both data coincide with each other, a pattern coincidence signal is sent to an access function operating circuit 7 to start the access function like dial sending or the like. At this time, an access function operation indicator lamp 11 is lit. If the collation in the key collating circuit 6 results in disaccord, a pattern disaccord signal is sent and a collation buzzer 12 is sounded. A buzzer stopping push key 13 is turned off to stop sounding of this buzzer.
