PURPOSE:To improve the operability by collating an inputted qualifier with a qualifier table and not only recording the qualifier in a recording table but also referring to an input specification table to inform an input device of the input of graphic display data at the time of detecting that the qualifier can be used and displaying the graphic display data processing result. CONSTITUTION:If the qualifier which indicates the change of specifications of input is inputted at the time of input required for execution of a command from an input device 1, a qualifier table 6 where a list of qualifiers which can be used in each input specification is described is referred to check whether the qualifier can be used or not. If it can be used, this qualifier is recorded in a recording table 7 where inputted qualifiers are stacked, and an input specification table 8 where input specifications which respective qualifiers permit are described is referred to inform an input processing part of the input specification which the qualifier permits, and the following input processing is performed on the basis of this input specification. The command processing result is displayed on a graphic output device. Thus, the operability is improved.
