PURPOSE:To perform sufficient cleaning, by opening a valve unit by a cleaning nozzle through an increased pressure of air from a through hole of an advanced piston rod while injecting air to be released toward a chuck from injection holes and closing the valve unit by reducing the pressure of air. CONSTITUTION:If air is supplied from an air supply part 13, a piston rod 14 advances with a cleaning nozzle 17, and if the air from a through hole 15 increases a pressure till a ball valve unit 18 is pressed, a device, which presses the valve unit 18 by the air to be opened against a spring 19 injecting the air from injection holes 21 into a chuck 24, performs cleaning. And the device, which closes the valve unit 18 of the air from the through hole 15 reduces the pressure by releasing the air, retracts the piston rod 14 with the cleaning nozzle 17 by air from an air supply part 12 in a cylinder 11, repeating this operation. In this way, the device, which injects the air in a condition that the cleaning nozzle most approaches the chuck, permits sufficient cleaning to be performed while compactness to be attained. |
