摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily constitute both transmission and reception systems for a radio wave and a light wave by providing a space part at the center position of an arrays antenna for the radio wave which is arranged in a plane, and arranging an optical system at and in front of the space part. CONSTITUTION:A signal which is the radio wave such as radar generated by a transmitter 3 is supplied to the array antenna 1 by a transmission/reception switch 2 and radiated in the space by plural radiation elements 11. A reflected signal from a target, on the other hand, travels in the opposite path from that in the transmission and is sent by the transmission/reception switch 2 to a receiver 4 and a signal processor 5 detects a target signal. A light wave such as infrared rays radiated from the target, on the other hand, is passed through the optical system 6 provided in front of the space part 10 in the center of the array antenna and converted by a detector 7 for the light wave into an electric signal. The light signal from the target is amplified by an amplifier 8 and a signal processor 9 detects the target signal. The optical system 6 is provided in front of the center part of the antenna 1, so the adjustment, maintenance, etc., of the optical system 6 such as alignment are easily performed. Further, the lens, etc., of the optical system 6 is a derivative and transmits the radio wave that the rear antenna 1 uses to eliminate adverse influence upon an antenna beam.</p>
