PURPOSE:To execute the image pick-up with a normal picture element by storing the address information of the head picture element of a reference picture element part and a comparing picture element part into a memory, and when the number of clock pulses from the head picture element is coincident with the address information, synchronizing the picture element information with a clock and reading it. CONSTITUTION:Address information to show a reference picture element part and a comparing picture element part is fetched from an E<2>PROM 63. On the other hand, the integrating starting signal of a CCD sensor is supplied to an image pick-up part 45. Further, a clock signal is supplied from a clock signal generating means 73 to the image pick-up part 45. The address information to show respective head picture elements of the reference picture element part and the comparing picture element part stored in an E<2>PROM is made into the numeric value corresponding to the number of counts of the clock signal. When the number of the accumulating totals of the pulses of the clock signal is coincident with the numeric value to show the head number of the reference picture element part, the information of the picture element beginning from the picture element up to (n+1)-th elements is successively A/D-converted 61 and the action is executed so as to supply successively it to a control part 49. |
