PURPOSE:To promote the improvement of work efficiency, by providing press fit jigs equipped with a guide rod, holding an oil seal, and a pusher, extruding the oil seal in the axial point direction, in both sides of a press fit station which sets a workpiece to a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:Oil seal supply units 2, 2' are arranged in both side parts of a press fit station 1, and it provides long-sized guide rails 7a, 7a in both sides, sliders 7 in these rails, each lift frame 8 in the slider, each slide rod 9 in each lift frame, movable frame 3 in the point end of this slide rod 9 and mounts a press fit jig 6 to this movable frame 3. The press fit station, moving this press fit jig 6 to the oil seal supply units 2, 2' to receive seals B, B' next moving the jig 6 to a press fit position of a transmitting case A, fits each seal B, B'. In this way, work efficiency improves by enabling each seal B to be automatically further simultaneously press fitted to a pair of shaft member insertion holes.
