PURPOSE:To eliminate an expensive facility with the enlarging utilization of a CATV center by utilizing the two way communicating function of a CATV system and controlling collectively the generating power and power consumption of the small-scaled generating device of respective subscriber houses. CONSTITUTION:At a subscriber house, a subscriber house side power receiving supplying device A composed of a small-scaled generating device 2 and a power control device 1 is provided and a center power receiving supplying device B is connected through a cable P for power to this. A CATV center device C is connected by a CATV subscriber house device S and a cable T for communication. The power by the generating device 2 of a subscriber house and the consumption condition of the power are collectively controlled. By the condition of the control, the power is made flexible between a capacitor 3 in a center power receiving supplying device B and the generating device 2 in the subscriber house side power receiving supplying device A. |
