PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having improved falling weight impact strength and excellent moldability, etc., while keeping high rate of crystallization and suitable as a heating utensil such as microwave oven, by compounding specific amounts of fibrous filler, inorganic compound, ether compound, etc., to a base resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 30-93.3wt.% polyethylene terephthalate resin with (B) 5-60wt.% fibrous filler (e.g. glass fiber), (C) 0.5-40wt.% inorganic compound (e.g. neutral clays such as talc), (D) 0.1-20wt.% ether compound of formula I (R1-R5) are H or hydrocarbon group; R6 is 2-6C alkylene; R7 is H or hydrocarbon containing benzene ring; m is 20-150), (E) 1-20wt.% polyester elastomer and (F) 0.1-10wt.% one or more monoepoxy compounds of formula I (R8 is >=6C hydrocarbon group; R9 is 2-6C hydrocarbon group; n is 0 or >=1). |
