PROAPO LIPOPROTEIN GENE, CORRESPONDING PLASMID RECOMBINANT AND CORRESPONDING TRANSFORMATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain proapo II by integrating a gene coding human proapo A-II (given in the formula) into an appropriate plasmid vector to form a gene recombinant and transforming a microorganism with the recombinant. CONSTITUTION:A gene coding human proapo A-II, given in the formula, is chemically synthesized and integrated into an appropriate plasmid vector to build up a gene recombinant (expression vector). The gene recombinant is used to transform a microorganism and the transformed organism is cultured to give the subject proapo A-II. In more detail, the vector bearing the proapo A-II gene is obtained by cutting out subunits from plasmid pAP01 and pAP02 respectively and connecting, the integrating the combined product into an appropriate vector such as plasmid vector pBR 322.
