The title compds. of formula (I) are new. W= -CH= or -N=; Y= -CH=CH- , -O-, -CH=N(O)p(p=0 or 1); X1, X2 and X3 are same or not, are each H, halogen, nitro; Z=Ph, tienyl, furyl; -N=A = 1pyrrolidinyl, lower alkyl, substd. piperidino by -(CH2)mOR4(R4=H, lower alkyl, m=0); R1 and R2 are same or not, are each lower alkyl; R3=benzyl, furylmethyl; n=1-5 integer. (I) show the increases of backbone and coronary hematocele in the dog, cerebrum hematocele in the rabbit and autonomous prevention of hypertension to high blood pressure rat; and these actions are maintained for a long time.
