PURPOSE:To prevent a clamping force of a bolt from lowering by a method wherein a flange is bent in two stages like a step at a boundary part between an installation face and a mounting plane in such a way that the mounting plane is projected toward the direction to be separated from the installation face and the difference in level at a bent part is decided to be bigger than a wall thickness of a support part. CONSTITUTION:A flange 1 is bent in two stages in such a way that boundary parts between a rectangular part 1a and each semicircular part 1b are to be step-shaped; bent parts 1c are formed at the boundary parts. As a result, tlhe semicircular part 1b is projected toward the direction that mounting faces 12 are separated from an installation face 13. On the other hand, a case body 2 is formed as one unit by an injection molding method or the like while said flange 1 is arranged in a prescribed position inside a shaping metal mold; a resin which has flown toward a rear surface via through holes 18 during this shaping process fills a space between the bent parts 1c and a cylindrical part 11 and is hardened; support parts 25 are formed. A wall thickness of the support parts 25 is decided to be smaller than the difference in level at the bent part 1c. By this setup, when the case is to be attached to another material by using fixing bolts 3, the support parts 25 are not pressed by the material.
