PURPOSE:To shorten the designing period of a logical circuit by generating a truth value information by decoding the control instruction of a bit pattern, and generating the logical circuit for generating a control signals from this information. CONSTITUTION:A logical circuit generating device is constituted of an inputting outputting part 10, a storing part 20 and a processing part 30. The micro instruction operation analyzing part 30A of the processing part 30 analyzes an operation how respective function module has to operate, on the basis of the control instruction of the bit pattern and an information, related to the constitution of the respective function module of a system to be controlled. On the basis of the said result, the truth value information is prepared by a function circuit module operation developing part 30B, and the logical circuit for generating the control signal is generated by a logical circuit generating part 30C from this truth value information.
