PURPOSE:To enhance the delicateness, feeling of warmth and wood vein touch as seen in decorative patterns by applying wood coloring agent and coating agent to moldings consisting of a composition of vinyl chloride resins and pulverized vegetable fiber. CONSTITUTION:Vinyl chloride resins used are copolymers of polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride bonded to other monomers which can be copolymerized such as ethylene, propyrene or vinyl acetate. In the meantime, pulverized vegetable fibers are represented by powders of crushed timber, nut husk and pulp. The compound rate is 10-400 weight parts to 100 weight parts of vinyl chloride resins 1. Stabilizer, lubricant, inorganic filler, etc. are added to the composition, and this composition is molded by extrusion molding technique. At that time, the surface is ground to a depth of about 0.05-2.0mm and provided with various patterns. Wood coloring agent and coating agent are applied to the moldings for decoration.
