摘要 |
PURPOSE:To detect the charging rate of flux with as high accuracy as possible by applying a DC magnetic field to a wire and increasing the penetration of a magnetic field operating on a flux cored wire by an electric coil. CONSTITUTION:The soft steel 2 of the flux cored wire 1 is saturated magnetically by a coil 5 for DC excitation and the output of an alternating oscillator 6 is applied to a coil 4 for flux charging rate detection through a balance circuit 9. The output of the oscillator 6 is passed through a phase shifting circuit 11 and also passed trough the circuit 9 from the coil 4, synchronous detection 10 is performed with both signals, and the output voltage is inputted to a decision circuit 12. The circuit 12 generates an 'H' signal indicating a flux deficiency when the input voltage exceeds a reference voltage or an 'L' signal indicating that the flux is improper when the input voltage is lower than the reference voltage and sends the generated signal to a marking device 13. The device 13 injects paint to the wire 1 when the flux is insufficient.
