PURPOSE:To refuse the transfer of a document, considered to be unreasonable by transmitting the administrative and detailed information, etc. of the document, to a host side, and checking the appropriateness of it by the host side. CONSTITUTION:An administration information transmitting means 1 of a terminal 20 side transmits a document administration information to the host 10, and the host computer 10 side receives it by an administration information receiving means 4. An appropriateness checking means 5 refers to the column concerned of the document administration information, received before, and checks the appropriateness of the document in the course of receiving. The result is informed to the terminal 20 side by an appropriateness checked result transmitting means 6, and the information is received by an appropriateness checked result receiving means 2. Hereafter, the document is transferred by a terminal document transferring means 3 and a host document transferring means 7.
