PURPOSE:To improve the handling property and improve the adhesion between a positive electrode plate and a retainer by using the retainer with the structure that the preset % of glass fibers are arranged in the thickness direction of a nonwoven fabric. When such a retainer 1 is used, the flutt is increased on the surface of the retainer 1 in handling it, but the fraying rarely occurs when handling it. Even if the retainer 1 is bent, it is not peeled off in layers, the bent section is extended as a whole, and it is not broken.
