PURPOSE:To highly utilize home electric appliances with an easy operation and to prevent malfunction from being generated, by providing a command signal input means from a personal computer, an analysis means, a code generating means, and an error informing means. CONSTITUTION:A command signal from the personal computer, after being stored in a storage means 2 via an input means 1, is read in order and analyzed by the analysis means 3. Next, a signal that is an analyzed result is inputted to the code generating means 4, and is converted to a wireless code corresponding to an electric appliance controlled corresponding to the command signal. And the wireless code is transmitted to each home electric appliance via a transmission means 5, and each electric appliance can be controlled by the personal computer. Also, when an error is generated in the command signal, the error is detected by the means 3, and informed to a user by error informing means 6. In such a way, it is possible to highly utilize the home electric appliances with the easy operation, and to prevent the malfunction from being generated.
