摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the recovery efficiency of a specific isotope, by arranging a reticulate auxiliary anode to which a positive potential is applied in opposed relation to the anode, while arranging a reticulate auxiliary cathode to which a negative potential is applied in opposed relation to the cathode. CONSTITUTION:A specific isotope 15 made cationic is attracted to an auxiliary cathode 21b to pass through the meshes 22b thereof and further attracted to a cathode 20b having a potential lower than that of the auxiliary cathode 21b to be adhered to the outer surface of the cathode 21b while being accelerated. This adhered specific isotope drips downwardly along the outer surface of the cathode 20b and housed in a trough like product recovery tray 10 to be accepted as a product. The electron 16 released in the gap between an anode 20a and the cathode 20b is attracted to an auxiliary anode 21a to pass through the meshes 22b thereof and attracted to the anode 20a having potential higher than that of the auxiliary anode 21a to be adhered to the outer surface of the anode 20a while being accelerated.
