PURPOSE:To easily reutilize basic data in future so as to work and analyze the data by keeping summary data extracted from a basic data base according to retrieval condition after adding a key to it as an electronic document. CONSTITUTION:A basic data storage device 1 stores the basic data which a user can utilize. And a summary data extraction part 2a retrieves the data stored in the storage device 1 according to the retrieval condition specified by the user so as to extract. The extracted result is temporarily stored in an intermediate data storage part 2b. A document preparation part 2c adds document key information to the summary data of the storage part 2b so as to documentate the summary data and stores it in a document storage part 2d. A document fetching device 4 retrieves and takes out the summary data from the documents kept like this by using the document key information. A document process and analysis device 5 works and analyzes the taken out document. |
