The moisture and oil separator is used in oil-injection compressors and contains a housing (1), in the upper part of which a filter cartridge (5) is arranged in a perforated casing (11), and contains a connection branch (3) for the intake of contaminated air, a connection branch (23) for the outlet of purified air and a cap (4), which is designed in the shape of a shell open at the bottom and encloses the connection branch (3). Between the casing (11) and the connection branch (3) for the intake of the contaminated air is installed a defoamer (6), which separates the oil collector zone from the upper part of the connection element (3).
