PURPOSE:To remove impurities of several microns and also remove acid by combining a cotton filter of rough bore diameter and a corrugated filter rougher than the particles impurities to be removed in a circulating channel of hydraulic fluid. CONSTITUTION:A circulating pump 4, a cotton filter 9 to remove rough impurities and a corrugated filter 10 to remove impurities passed through the first stage are connected with a circulating channel L of a hydraulic fluid 2 used for an oil-sealed rotary pump 1. As a result, in case a filter of rough bore diameters is used, impurities of several microns can be removed by a number of fiber elements of the cotton filter 9, and also the replacement cycle of the filter can be extended 3-6 times longer than the conventional cases, while acid can also be removed to a certain extent by absorbing water and retaining acid according to the nature of the cotton filter 9.
