PURPOSE:To perform a large amount of data compression, by selecting a method by which the continuance of 0 or 1 is encoded by runlength or a method in which a packet is generated at every prescribed number of bits for every bit unit and performing the data compression. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, data at 0th bit is scanned(data at the rightmost end is observed from up to down), and the number of continuance of 0 and 1 is investigated, and the data is encoded by the runlength. For example, when the data of 0000011110011000... exists, it is encoded to 05, 04, 02, 02, 03.... When scan to the last of a row is completed before 31 runlength are generated, encoded data is designated as output data. When the encoded data exceeds 32 bytes, the data is generated in 32 packets(like E0, 19) at every 8 bits, and designated as the output data. Such operation is repeated from 0th bit to code bit, then, a processing of one scan is completed. The similar processing is performed at every scan.
