PURPOSE:To reject a danger of the shorting of an equalizing ring or so and to prevent local disturbance of an electric field inside a resonance cavity by providing a vane, which is projected from an inner peripheral surface of an anode cylinder to its tube axis side and brazed on one end part of a microwave introducing conductor, with a part projected along the tube axis and next providing the projected part with a recessed groove with which the one end part is made to engage. CONSTITUTION:One vane 11c of many rectangular vanes 11a, 11b,... which are projected from an inner peripheral surface of an anode cylinder 1 to a tube axis side, is provided unitedly with a part 11 projected along the tube axis. One end part of a band-shaped microwave introducing conductor 3 is made to engage with a recessed groove 13 formed on the projected part 12 and brazed, and small grooves 14, 15 are formed on both sides of the projected part 12. Local disturbance of an electric field can be hence prevented from occurring due to a reason why both side regions of the one end part invade a resonance cavity and extend to the side of an adjacent vane. A danger of the shorting or so due to the outflow of a brazing material can be rejected, so that oscillating operations can be always obtained stably in prescribed modes.
