PURPOSE:To achieve a higher accuracy, by providing housing holes or the like for housing block-like elements formed by dividing piezo-electric elements on an insulating plate to facilitate uniform layout of the block elements on an electrode plate. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiving body is made up of a plate packing 5, an insulation plate 6, an electric plate 8 and an insulation plate laminated in the order. Housing holes 7 are provided annularly along the insulation plate 6 to bury piezo-electric elements 10 thereinto, the element 10 are inserted into the housing holes 7 with one surface thereof projecting and a packing 5 is placed from above. Moreover, a laminate of these components are arranged in a case 2 internal and external tips 2a and 2a of the case 2 are cauked facing one another and internal and external peripheries of the packing 5 are pressed to fix and hold the elements 10. Thus, as previously positioned by the housing holes 7 cut in the insulation plate 6, the elements 10 can be arranged even in the production process without confirming the position thereof thereby enabling prevention of the elements 10 from oscillation due to vibration with a higher accuracy thereof.
