PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which scarcely causes lowering or change in electrical conductivity with time and has excellent moldability and reliability, consisting of a specific master pellet and a thermoplastic pellet. CONSTITUTION:The surface of 0.5-30wt.% electrically conductive fiber (A) obtd. by bundling 100-10,000 fibers (e.g., copper fibers) having a diameter of 8-100mum is coated with 1-20wt.% (based on the amount of the component A) metallic powder (B) (e.g., copper powder) having a particle size of 1-10mum, 5-30wt.% low-melting metal (C) (e.g., a soldering alloy mainly composed of Sn/Pb) and 0.1-5wt.% (based on the amount of the component C) flux (D) (e.g., stearic acid). The resulting electrically conductive filler 11 is extruded through the die 13 of an extruder 12 to coat the surface of the filler 11 with a thermoplastics (e.g., PP) contg. 0.1-5wt.% phosphate antioxidant. The resulting filler is cut (15) to obtain a master pellet 16. The pellet 16 is blended with a thermoplastic pellet (e.g., polycarbonate).
