PURPOSE:To improve safety by installing a safety shutter which is opened when rubble ices are fed and which is closed when ices are crushed by a crusher and the rest quantity of the rubble ices reduces, in a hopper, in the captioned device of a fresh fish transportation ship. CONSTITUTION:When a controller (not shown in the figure) is turned-ON, a rotary valve 9', blower 13', discharger 21, etc. are turned, and the opening/ closing cover 2 of an upper opened port 1 is opened in the direction of arrow (e'), and a safety shutter 27 is moved in the direction of arrow (e), and an operation state is generated. When rubble ices 23 are fed, a sensor 31 detects said supply, and the safety switch 27 is opened in the direction of arrow (d'), and the rubble ices 23 are dropped in the direction of arrow (f). Then, a crusher 19 is turned-ON to crush the rubble ices 23, which are transported through a storage hopper 4. When the quantity of the rubble ices 23 in a hopper 3 reduces, and the sensor 31 detects said reduction, the safety shutter 27 is closed in the direction of arrow (d). Therefore, even if a falling accident is generated, reaching to the crusher is prevented, and safety can be improved.
