PURPOSE:To enable the free mounting or demounting of a skid prevention device while a vehicle is running, by fitting skid prevention arms having C-type spikes at the sides of tires and moving the arms to an operation or non- operation position via switch operation at the driver's seat. CONSTITUTION:A rotating/electrode 10 is fitted outside a brake disc 4 and the titled device proper 14 is provided outside wheels via the adapter 11 thereof. By this constitution, when a switch has been operated in a cabin, electric power is supplied to a brush 9 and the rotating electrode 10 and a motor is driven rotatably, a reduction gear operates and skid prevention arms 24 with C-type spikes 25 move in and out. As a result, the spikes 25 take a nonskid or non- operation position for tires 1. In this way, a skid prevention device can be mounted or demounted, while the vehicle is running.
