PURPOSE:To make it possible to bond a label sheet uniformly to a bag so as to have a satisfactory external appearance by feeding a film along a dog-like shape bent plate so as to fold back the film into two along the longitudinal line thereof, and by inserting a label sheet between the two halves of the folded film so that the label sheet is clamped in the direction of advance of the film. CONSTITUTION:A dog-like shape bent plate 8a is formed therein with a V-like shape fold-in groove 8b which is in a shape opened downstream of the center line of the bent plate 8a. A film (a) is bent into two halves by the fold-in groove 8b in the bent plate 8a, and simultaneously, the film (a) is fed leftward with its surface being changed again from its vertical attitude into its horizontal attitude. Then the film (a) comes together with a starched label sheet (b) which is then clamped into the two halves of the folded film (a), and which is then fed intermittently forward while it is stuck to the film (a). Thus, since the label sheet is moved straight forward, no abnormally high tension and irregularities in tension are effected in the label sheet (b), thereby it is possible to uniformly bond the label sheet with a satisfactory external appearance.
