Lighting framework which consists of one row one radius away around a light source, and of a second row placed at a distance greater than the first, which rows consist of members parallel to the axis of the framework, and in principle opaque, these members being in each row placed at equal intervals apart, and the intervals between the members in one row being covered by the members of the adjacent row. According to the invention, the rows consist of two concentric cylinders 3, 4 formed by plates, preferably of metal, the intervals are holes 7 in the cylinders 3, 4, the members 9 of the radially outer cylinder 4 have a cross-sectional profile which is symmetrical around a radius of the cylinders 3, 4, and form an obtuse angle whose vertex angle 12 is directed towards the light source, the cylinders 3, 4 can be detached axially, into, at least, two elements of lengths which are in principle equal, and the framework is fitted, in all cases on one of the axial ends, with a metal grid consisting, on the other hand of a washer placed axially furthest from the centre, and on the other hand of at least two flat rings which are joined and parallel placed between the washer and the cylinders, with different radii, and increasing from the washer to the cylinders 3, 4, the framework being arranged so that it can be surrounded with a member made of the material which is in principle transparent, such as glass and/or acrylic glass. <IMAGE>
