PURPOSE:To facilitate transshipping by positioning a truck and wagons in parallel through a leading road device and transferring a sleigh installed onto the bottom of the container, guided by a load carrying platform and the rail of wagon cradle, in a container transshipping device set between the truck and railroad wagons. CONSTITUTION:A truck 2 is stopped in parallel to the railroad wagons 3 by arranging guide rails 21 and 31. Each leading road device 23 is laid between the rails, and a projecting device 24 is projected to contact the wagon 3. Then, the wire rope on a motor-driven winch 22 on the truck 2 is engaged with the hook of a container, and the winch 22 is driven. Therefore, the container is transshipped between the truck 2 and the wagon 3, when a sleigh installed on the bottom is guided by the guide rail 21 installed on the load-carrying platform of the truck 2, leading road device 23, and the guide rail 31 installed onto the cradle of the wagon 3. With such constitution, transshipping can be carried out easily in a short time, even if stage difference exists.
