PURPOSE:To release the run away of a slave station processor in a master station side by inserting a signal for resetting a microprocessor into a control signal by a master station device, taking out the reset signal from the control signal and inputting to the microprocessor in a slave station. CONSTITUTION:The remote supervisory and controlling equipment A of the master station transmits the control signal to a transmission path 5A, the remote supervisory and controlling equipment B of the slave station receives the control signal from the transmission path 5A and is controlled by the microprocessor. In the equipment B, if the microprocessor runs away, the operator of the equipment A depresses a remoto reset switching 14 corresponding to the equipment B. A reset signal inserting part 12 outputs the reset signal to a corresponding signal line and a modulation signal is transmitted to the transmission path 5A. The reset signal detecting part 13 of the equipment B detects it and the microprocessor is reset. In such a way, the run away of the slave station processor can be released in the master station side.
