PURPOSE:To certainly take out a film from a film cassette by installing a rotary mechanism for separating the edge part of a film from the inside bottom surface of the film cassette by turning a holding means in the direction for taking out the film. CONSTITUTION:After a sucker 184 adsorbs the edge part of an X-ray film 15, an eccentric cam 202 is operated by the driving power of a motor 206, and the suckers 184 and 185 are tilted. The suckers 184 and 185 which adsorb the edge part of the X-ray film 15 are raised by the revolution of a shaft 166, and then the top edge of the X-ray film 15 is pulled out from inside a cassette 10. When a roller supporting plate 188 is transferred, a roller 192 is introduced into a cut part 164A by the dead weight, and the X-ray film 15 is nipped between the roller 192 and a roller 200. Then, the adsorption of the X-ray film 15 by the suckers 184 and 185 is released, and the X-ray film 15 is transported into a developing machine, guided by a guide roller 208.
