PURPOSE:To obtain a constant rotary torque without producing stick slip and prevent locking phenomenon under a high humidity condition by constituting with a friction plate made of cork mixed with rubber. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon feeding part 31 is fitted on a shaft 38, a friction plate 34 is bonded to the ribbon feeding part 31, a ribbon feeding part 33 with its tooth-shaped surface directed upward is fitted on the shaft 38, and the reverse surface of the tooth-shaped surface is made to be a contact surface which determines frictional force by contacting the friction plate 34. By using cork mixed with rubber as a material for the friction plate 34, the hardness of the friction plate 34 is made lower than that of cork. As a result, the coefficient of friction when being pressed is low and its variance is small to be able to obtain a constant rotary torque without producing stick slip. Air containing ratio compared with conventional material is also small and water suction rate is small. As a result, the increase in the thickness of the friction plate due to swelling by sucking water is also small. Therefore it is possible to prevent locking phenomenon under a condition of high humidity.
