PURPOSE:To easily form superheat resistant product without machining by molding powder of a superheat resistant metal such as a high m.p. metal or alloy together with binder, removing the binder from the resulting molded body and sintering the molded body at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:Powder of a superheat resistant metal such as a pure metal having <=2,000 deg.C m.p., an alloy thereof or a rare earth metal is formed and mixed with a binder to prepare powder for injection molding. This powder is injection-molded to obtain an injection-molded body. The binder is then removed from the molded body and the molded body is sintered at >=2,000 deg.C.
