PURPOSE:To easily adjust the gap between a rotor and the side plates on the both sides by springily supporting one among ball bearings which axially support the both edges of a rotor shaft by a coil spring and attaching a thrust screw onto the other ball bearing. CONSTITUTION:As for a rotor 6, a plurality of vanes 7 are radially arranged, permitting appearance and disappearance, and a shaft 8 is fitted onto the axis center. The both edges of the shaft 8 are axially supported by the ball bearings 9 and 10 fitted onto the side plates 2 and 3. In this case, a thrust screw 11 is installed 11a onto the boss part 2a at the outer edge of one side plate 2 so as to contact the outer edge of one ball bearing 9. Further, a coil spring 12 is interposed between an edge plate 13 screwed 13a so as to springily support the other edge of the other ball bearing 10 onto the boss part 3a at the outer edge of the other side plate 3. Then, the rotor 6 is transferred in the axial direction by turning the thrust screw 11.
