<p>The invention refers to a spherical shade for lighting fixtures. The sphere (1) is formed by two halves (2, 3) interconnected by snap-on devices. Shades like these are stored so that the halves are placed inside each other in order to conserve space. During storage and transport, the halves may become distorted, causing difficulties in assembly and negatively affecting their appearance. By using the invention, these problems are avoided as this invention has a removable support ring (7) that is placed inside the first half (2) of the sphere.<IMAGE></p> |
