The invention refers to a cargo transport apparatus for transporting cargo, consisting of a frame (1) constructed from beams, or similar, and lift equipment (2) located at the other end of the frame and two transport equipment devices (3) under whose support the frame can be moved over ground by lifting and pushing or pulling. To achieve transportation of large and heavy objects effortlessly by a single person and also over uneven surfaces without any kind of motorized force, the apparatus is characterized by a vertically elongated member (4) running horizontally along the frame (1) and connected to the said transport equipment (3), by support beams (5, 6, 7) or similar, when said elongated member is a horizontally movable device (9) for attaching cargo (8) underneath it, and the said attachment device consists of a rope (17) or similar, with an adjustable distance from the elongated member to the cargo.<IMAGE>
